Prime

Prime your body before excuses settle in.

Move within 60 minutes of waking. Even on bad days. Especially on bad days.

Build

Build one meaningful thing that moves your life forward.

Write your one thing the night before. Don't decide it in the morning — morning decisions are expensive.

Reflect

Reflect honestly, adjust, and repeat.

Five minutes. Three questions: Did I do what I said I would? What got in the way? What changes tomorrow?
